Enquiries & Booking Process
To enquire about bridal hair services, please complete the Bridal Hair Enquiry Form with as much information as possible, including your wedding date, location and bridal party requirements.
Once your enquiry has been received, Jillian will review the details and get back to you with availability and a personalised quotation.
Please note: submitting an enquiry does not reserve or secure your wedding date.
Securing Your Wedding Date
Your wedding date is not confirmed or reserved until the required booking deposit has been received.
Availability can change between receiving your quotation and paying your deposit. Dates are allocated on a first-confirmed basis and cannot be held without payment.
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Your booking should only be considered confirmed once you have received this email.
Booking Deposit
A booking deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance for your bridal hair services.
Booking deposits are non-refundable should you choose to cancel your booking, as the date has been reserved specifically for you.
Bridal Hair Trial
Where a bridal trial forms part of your booking, a suitable appointment will be arranged in advance of your wedding.
Trials are an opportunity to discuss your preferred style, hair type, accessories, veil and overall bridal look. Inspiration photographs are welcome.
Any significant changes requested following the trial should be discussed with Jillian as early as possible.
Final Numbers & Changes
Your quotation will be based on the number of people and services requested at the time of booking.
Please advise Jillian as soon as possible of any changes to your bridal party or required services. Adding additional people will be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
A reduction in numbers after the booking has been confirmed may not result in a reduction of the agreed booking price.
Wedding Morning Timings
An appropriate start time will be agreed based on the size of your bridal party, ceremony time, location and services booked.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure everyone receiving a hair service is available at their allocated time and has followed any preparation instructions provided.
Delays caused by members of the bridal party not being ready may affect the agreed schedule.
Travel
Where travel to your wedding morning location is required, travel costs and any applicable expenses will be outlined within your quotation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed payment deadline provided with your booking.
Your booking confirmation and/or invoice will outline the payment arrangements applicable to your wedding.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your bridal hair booking, please provide notice in writing as soon as possible.
The booking deposit is non-refundable. Depending on how close the cancellation is to the wedding date, additional amounts may remain payable where the date has been reserved and work or preparation has already been undertaken.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Jillian is unable to attend due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond her reasonable control, every reasonable effort will be made to assist with alternative arrangements where possible.
Any liability will be limited to amounts paid for services that Jillian is unable to provide.
Agreement
Payment of your booking deposit confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
